Welcome to the Northamptonshire and Leicestershire District of Eastern Area.
Our District comprises of 5 Units based in: -
Hinckley - TS Amazon
Kettering - TS Pytchley
Leicester - TS Tiger
Loughborough - TS Venomous
Northampton - TS Laforey
We also have a new satellite unit in Rushden - TS Diamond
On this page you will find information on how these units work together to raise standards and offer combined training to the cadets in the counties.
The District is led by an experienced Sea Cadet Officer Lieutenant Commander Paul Perry whose role is to maintain safety and training standards by supporting the Commanding Officers and staff of the units in the District. Lt Cdr Perry is supported by an Assistant Lieutenant Chris Read who is also the Commanding Officer of the Northampton Unit. The District also has a Chaplain who is the Reverend David Featonby based in the Loughborough Unit.
